Whilst me and Alan were waiting for Philip and Sisi, a hilarious incident occured. Alan made me laugh till my there were tears in my eyes (both of them). The wind was blowing real hard towards our direction, and a lady walking by was wearing a skirt. The wind blew in such a way that the skirt went high up in the air. Though neither of us actually saw anything, it was obvious she was embarrased. In Alan's words ' she had a painful expression which spoke the words 'i can't believe that actually happened'. It didn't help when Alan spoke these words :' Now that was an embarrasing moment'...
At approximately 8, we made our way to Alice's place. Arrived at 8.30 and the party has already begun. Loads of finger foods, absolutely delicious esp. the curry puffs! Drank a little, enough to keep me warm as we walked to the tube station. It was a relatively interesting occasion although we hardly knew anyone there except the host who made great efforts to ensure we were drinking enough. Hehe..
Alice's bf joined in most of our conversations, offering details about ex-Nottians and I found out that Michael and Ivy are still in UK. He's working in Notts, and Ivy is studying her masters somewhere else (i forgot!).
I think i'd better get back to work, enough of detouring..
